In Memoriam
Purchasing & Technical Advisor
Jim Elrod
Years after retiring from his own accomplished career, Jim Elrod joined Roof Analyzers in a supporting role, assisting with purchasing and technical advisory matters. Though he was not involved in founding the company, his knowledge, intellect, and perspective were a tremendous asset to our team.
Jim held degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry, along with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. In the 1960s, his career included work in the space program, where he was involved in the development and testing of rocket fuels. He later served as a consultant to several Fortune 500 companies and held multiple United States and Canadian patents.
We were honored to have him as part of Roof Analyzers. He brought wisdom, technical depth, and quiet strength to our team, and we remain grateful for the time we had with him. His memory continues to mean a great deal to us.
